If you have missing miles for any flights taken on SriLankan or partner Airlines, please provide the information listed below to earn retroactive credit.
For flights on SriLankan Airlines, please allow a minimum of 72 hours for your miles to be updated on your statement. Please note that a minimum of 6-8 weeks is required for miles earned on other airlines to be retro credited to your account.
You will be able to view your updated miles balance by logging on to your account at www.flysmiles.com.
As an existing FlySmiLes member, missing miles for qualifying flights can only be claimed up to six months from the date of completion of the travel. On new enrolments, members can claim miles up to two months for their past travels
